Pricing and billing

How much does RealAgentOne cost?

$50 a month per account: unlimited agents, one flat price. There are no per-agent fees and no setup fee.

How many agents can I add?

As many as you need. The $50 plan includes unlimited agents, whether it's 1 or 30, with no per-agent fees. Each person gets their own login.

Can I buy RealAgentOne today?

Not yet. RealAgentOne is in early access. Join the early-access list and we'll email you when you can sign up, or book a demo to see it now.

How will I pay, and when?

By card or bank account (ACH). Your first month is charged when you complete the setup form, then on the same day each month.

Is there a contract?

It's month-to-month under a service agreement you e-sign at setup. You can read it before you sign.

Is there a free trial?

No. Book a demo to see RealAgentOne live before you buy.

Features

What can I use today?

A leads pipeline, website form leads with duplicate checks, contacts with CSV import, email drip campaigns, birthday and holiday emails, Agent Mail with Google Calendar sync, team chat, tasks and notes, documents and e-signature, a shared team calendar, and your own branding at yourteam.realagent1.com.

What does "Coming next" mean?

It marks features in development that aren't available yet. They move to included as they ship. The roadmap lists them in build order, without dates.

Can RealAgentOne text my leads?

Not yet. Two-way texting through RingCentral or Twilio is coming next. US business texting requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) with the provider, and we'll publish any texting costs before texting launches.

Does it connect to Zillow, Realtor.com or Homes.com?

Not directly. A lead inbox that reads the lead notification emails those sites send you is coming next. RealAgentOne isn't affiliated with any of them.

Does it include IDX listings or an agent website?

No. RealAgentOne is a CRM. IDX listing search and agent websites aren't part of the first version. Leads from your existing website can post straight in.

Is there a mobile app?

RealAgentOne runs in your phone's browser, and Agent Mail and Notes install on your home screen like apps. There's no App Store or Google Play app in the first version.

Does it work for a solo agent?

Yes. The price is the same $50 a month whether it's just you or your whole team.

Setup and your data

How do I move my contacts over?

Export your contacts as a CSV or spreadsheet from your current CRM, upload the file on the setup form, and we bring it in. Duplicate checks run on the way in.

Where does my CRM live?

At its own address, like yourteam.realagent1.com, with its own database. It's served over HTTPS and backed up nightly to encrypted off-site storage. See security & your data.

What happens after I join the early-access list?

When we open, we email you a secure setup form for payment, the service agreement, your logo and colors, your agents and a contacts export. Then we set up your CRM and email each person their login.
