Where leads come from today
Right now leads come in three ways. Your website's forms can post straight into the pipeline. You can add a lead by hand in a few seconds. And you can import a CSV from wherever your leads live today, such as an open-house sign-in sheet or an old spreadsheet.
Each one is checked against your existing contacts first, so a returning buyer is matched instead of duplicated.
How a website lead is handled
- The form on your site sends the lead to RealAgentOne.
- It's matched against your contacts, so duplicates don't pile up.
- It lands in your pipeline as a new lead, ready to assign and follow up.

The first minute, handled for you
Most portal leads arrive as a notification email. The next release gives each team a lead inbox. Point your portal notifications at it and each lead becomes a contact within seconds, goes to the next agent in the rotation, and gets a first text and email right away. If the agent hasn't acted in 5 minutes, the team lead gets an alert.
RealAgentOne isn't affiliated with Zillow, Realtor.com or Homes.com and doesn't connect to their systems directly. It reads the lead notification emails they already send you.

Questions about lead follow-up
Does RealAgentOne connect to Zillow?
Not directly. The lead inbox that's coming next reads the lead notification emails that Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com send you, so it works without a direct connection. Today, leads come in from your website forms, by hand and by CSV import.
Can leads from my website come in automatically?
Yes. Website forms can post leads straight into your pipeline, with duplicate checks on the way in.
Does it text new leads?
Not yet. Texting through RingCentral or Twilio is coming next, including a first text to every new lead. Today follow-up runs on email drips, tasks and calls.
