Team tools

Unlimited agents. One flat price.

Each agent gets their own login, the team talks in one place, and everyone works from the same contacts and calendar. It's $50 a month for the account: unlimited agents, one flat price.

Included today Works now

  • A login for each agent, with Agent, Admin and Assistant roles
  • Team chat built in
  • Shared team calendar with out-of-office
  • Tasks you can assign to anyone on the team
  • Admins manage logins: add people, reset passwords, switch access off
  • Your brand: your logo and colors at yourteam.realagent1.com

Coming next In development

  • Lead rotation (round robin) across the agents taking leads
  • Instant lead alerts by pop-up, email and text
  • Team-lead escalation when a lead sits for 5 minutes
  • Deal boards and checklists shared across the team

Everyone in the CRM, nobody sharing a password

Per-seat pricing pushes teams to share logins or leave assistants out of the CRM. With one price for the account, each person gets their own login, so you always know who called whom, and you can switch off someone's access the moment they leave.

Roles

Admin

Agent
Works their leads, contacts, tasks and email
Assistant
Supports the team in the same CRM

Your name on it, not ours

Your CRM lives at its own address, like yourteam.realagent1.com, with your logo and your colors. Agents sign in to something that looks like your team.

Questions about teams

Is there a charge per agent?

No. RealAgentOne is $50 a month per account with unlimited agents. There are no per-agent fees.

Can assistants have their own login?

Yes. There's an Assistant role alongside Agent and Admin.

What happens when an agent leaves?

An admin switches their login off and it stops working right away. Their contacts, notes and history stay with the team.
